Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 6 months prior to the event. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made less than 6 months prior to the event will forfeit all payments made. If the wedding is rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or illness), I will do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Travel: Packages include travel within 40km of Mackay. Additional travel is charged at $20 per extra 20km or a flat $50 for locations beyond 60km. Image Delivery: A sneak peek of selected images will be delivered within 48–72 hours. Full galleries will be available within 3–5 weeks via a private online gallery, accessible for 3 months from delivery. Client Responsibilities: Please communicate your timeline, special photo requests, and any venue rules or access limitations ahead of the event. Cooperation from the couple and wedding party ensures the best possible results. Photography Rights: Pache Moments Photography retains the rights to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
